1. ABOUT THESE T&Cs

1.1. Definitions

In these T&Cs, capitalised words and expression have the meanings given to them in clause 5 (Dictionary).

2. MANGO PRODUCTS & SERVICES

2.1. Mango Credit

Any part of Our Website which contains or provides any information or content in respect of any financial product or services which is not regulated by the NCCP, such information or content is provided by Mango Credit Pty Ltd ACN 156 372 440, and shall not be construed or implied as having any application to any financial product or service which is regulated by the NCCP.

2.2. Mango Mortgages

2.2.1. Any part of Our Website which contains or provides any information or content in respect of any financial product or services which is regulated by the NCCP, such information or content is provided by Mango Mortgages Pty Limited ACN 142 373 340 Australian Credit Licence 422165. This applies even if the information, content, service or product is expressed to be provided by “Mango Credit”.

2.3. No offer of finance

2.3.1. Nothing in Our Website shall be construed or implied to be an offer of finance, credit or other financial accommodation, and any such transactions are subject to Our formal review, approval, documentation and acceptance.
2.3.2. At all times, lending criteria, fees and any other finance or credit conditions are subject to Our discretion.

2.4. Disclosure of terms indicative

Where Our Website discloses or provides any terms or conditions of any potential finance or credit transaction (example interest rates, loan to value ratios), any such term or condition is for general purposes, and specific terms and conditions are subject to an Application being received and reviewed by Us.

2.5. No advice

All information provided in Our Website is general information only, and shall not be construed or implied to be legal or financial advice. You should obtain and rely on Your own legal and financial advice in relation to any finance or credit transaction.

3. TERMS OF USE OF WEBSITE

3.1. General terms of use

3.1.1. You use Our Website at Your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, We are not liable to You for any loss You suffer as a consequence of using Our Website, and as separate obligation, You indemnify Us from and against all claims, suits, demands, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) resulting from Your use of Our Website;

3.2. Your obligations

3.2.2. must keep any password used to access Our Website confidential;
3.2.3. must not, or must not attempt to:

3.2.6. must, to the extent You are responsible for any content appearing on Our Website, ensure that any such content is not:

3.4.4. If You access any 3rd Party Content through Our Website, You do so at Your own risk.

We may in Our absolute discretion take any action We consider necessary to protect Our interests in connection with any matter or thing arising, or which may arise, from this clause 3, including without limitation:
3.5.1. making any amendment to these T&Cs;
3.5.2. altering, restricting or blocking Your ability to access or use Our Website, either temporarily or permanently;
3.5.3. reporting You to any relevant authority; or
3.5.4. suing You.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

4.1. Your obligations

To the extent that You receive any of Our Confidential Information, You agree:

4.1.1. not to disclose Our Confidential Information to any third parties;
4.1.2. to protect Our Confidential Information from unauthorised or inadvertent disclosure; and
4.1.3. to only use Our Confidential Information for the purpose(s) for which You have received it.
